“Definitely, we have credible information that the so called US alliance struck the hospital in the northern part of Syria, but of course as usual the easiest way for them is to trigger a campaign – hostile campaign- against the Syrian government within the media to accuse and defame the Syrian government or our allies the Russians of doing so and being behind such criminal act against a hospital.”

“The so called hospital was installed without any prior consultation with the Syrian government by the so called French network called Medecins sans Frontiers, which is a branch of the French intelligence operating in Syria. So, they assumed the full consequences of their act because they did not consult with the Syrian government and they did not operate with the Syrian government permission.”

Storyline

The Syrian ambassador to the United Nations said his country has “credible information that the so called US alliance struck the hospital in the northern part of Syria.”

A hospital supported by Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF) was hit on Monday in Idlib, Syria, killing at least eleven people.

Speaking to reporters today (16 Feb) outside the Security Council, Bashar al Jaafari stressed that there is a hostile campaign within the media to “accuse and defame” his government and its allies, in reference to Russia.

He also said, “the so called hospital was installed without any prior consultation with the Syrian government by the so called French network called Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF), which is a branch of the French intelligence operating in Syria.”

Jaafair underscored that MSF assumed the full consequences of its act because this organization did not consult with the Syrian government, adding in “they did not operate with the Syrian government permission.”
