“I was particularly happy with the support of the President of the Central-African Republic to the Committee for the prevention of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and all forms of discrimination, the Committee that was installed and which will present a plan of action as well as a monitoring mechanism, because in reality if we today have a country that was shaken by crime and atrocity it is because we were not vigilant. We need to take necessary measures that will allow us to early identify the risk factors for criminal atrocity.”
