Sustainable Development Goal 8 promotes sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.

As part of the Global Vision | Urban Action program of the NYC Mayor’s Office for International Affairs, this side event will bring together local and global leaders to discuss the importance of decent work and financial empowerment in achieving SDG 8, and to provide concrete examples of how they are addressing these issues in their respective contexts.
