2. Wide shot, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi and delegation walking away from plane
3. Various shots, Grandi, Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General (SRSG) for Somalia Michael Keating, and Somalian officials
4. SOUNDBITE (English) Filippo Grandi, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees:
“My message, Minister, is very much like yours, with one exception, I’m not taking time off this is time on, very much time on to be in Somalia. This is a very important trip and as you said our main task of-course has been for decades to support Somali Refugees outside Somalia, in the region and beyond. We continue to do that and I’ve come to reassure you that we are actually making progress in securing their protection and welfare in neighbouring countries and I want to bring this message back. Of course, some refugees decide by themselves to come back and we will support them as we will support the internally displaced people very much in the context of overall UN support to the Somali Government here in terms of humanitarian assistance but also nation building and capacity building that is provided by the UN.”
5. Wide shot, end of meeting

We continue to do that and I’ve come to reassure you that we are actually making progress in securing their protection and welfare in neighbouring countries and I want to bring this message back.
