Description

Aliyev states that his country is building democracy by both considering its history, traditions and values, and acquiring related experience from the developed countries. He mentions that in spite of the violation of territorial integrity and refugee problems caused by the six-year Nagorno-Karabakh War, Azerbaijan intends to resolve this conflict peacefully, and speaks about conditions under which his country will conclude peace treaty with Armenia.
