Several high-level UN dignitaries spoke at the event, including the President of the 74th UN General Assembly, the UN Secretary-General (by video message), and also Special Adviser and Under-Secretary-General Fabrizio Hochschild (UN75 office). The Foreign Minister of Singapore chaired the event, and more than 10 other Foreign Ministers participated.
