Description

The commentary for the picture is done by children as they talk about what each of the clauses of the Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child really means to them. Many of the drafts and paintings in the film have been culled from international exhibitions of the best in children's art. There is beauty in these works of small children. Pablo Picasso referred to it when he said that adults should not teach children to draw but should learn from them.
