According to the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA), scores of civilians were killed and injured in Wednesday’s attack, the UN Deputy Spokesperson said.

“The UN Mission stressed that vulnerable communities should be provided additional support and perpetrators brought to justice,” he concluded.
