Description
"To compliment what has been said here this morning, the EU deeply regrets Russia's decision to withdraw from the Black Sea Grain initiative.
While continuing to commit its flagrant violation against the UN charter, Russia now piece by piece is undermining the multilateral system, including on the Syria cross border operations, and now with the withdrawing from an extension under the UN auspices of the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
"Let's not forget that the Black Sea Grain Initiatie would not be necessary if Russia had not started the full-scale war against Ukraine and blocked Ukraine's Black Sea ports."
