Addressing the General Assembly High-Level Debate in New York today (28 Sep) Special Representative of President Xi Jinping said, “China is deeply aware that Asia needs stability and development and opposes division and conflict as an important origin of human civilization and a key engine of global growth. Asia has the wisdom and capability to stabilize the situations through regional cooperation and handle differences properly through dialog and consultation.
