Description

On the third anniversary and amidst ongoing conflict, this Arria meeting was called by the Russian Federation to re-examine the Battle of Bucha which ooccurred February to March 2022, as part of Russian's attempt to take the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, during Russia's full-scale military invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Multiple international sources have since determined that Russia committed war crimes on the Ukrainian population during this battle.
