"The Director General of the IAEA [Rafael Mariano Grossi] will speak at the Security Council. I would advise you to ask him: the amount of uranium enriched already in Iran if it serves civilian usage or a military program. . . . We have the intelligence that Iran built a military program, not a civilian one, which was not supervised by the IAEA"
