At the same time, it once again urges the Secretary-General of the United Nations to assume, within the framework of his powers and responsibilities, the active defense of the fundamental values and principles of the Charter of the United Nations, firmly calling on the Government of the United States of America to put an end once and for all to its hostile actions and threats.”
