Ukraine’s Ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva has warned that the Russian invasion of Crimea is a threat to peace and stability in Europe. Speaking in the Conference on Disarmament Monday, Yurii Klymenko, the Permanent Representative of Ukraine said: “Ukraine has become an object of the overt military invasion of the Russian Federation in a breach of the UN Charter and the applicable international law.
