Penguins In Patagonia

The penguins in Patagonia are threatened by over-fishing and oil exploitation. The United Nations, with funding from the Global Environment Facility, has set up a Patagonian Coastal Zone Management Plan which will enforce a policy that will protect penguins and their natural habitats from environmental degradation.
