Institutionalized Children In Romania
There are close to 700,000 institutionalized children in Eastern Europe. In Romania, these youngsters who live in children's homes are sometimes maltreated by adults. The Romanian Government and UNICEF are working together to improve the living conditions of the homes and provide better education for the children.
