Unicef Breakthrough For Children In Southern Sudan
Over one million Sudanese have died since the outbreak of hostilities in 1983. Thousands of children have suffered tremendously but despite the fighting, UNICEF has succeeded in getting the warring parties in Sudan to support the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
