Press Conference: Launch of 2022 Adaptation Gap Report
Ahead of UN Climate Change Conference (COP27), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) will launch its seventh edition of the Adaptation Gap Report at an online press event at 6:00am EST/ 1:00pm EAT/ 11:00am CET, 3 November 2022.
The report provides a science-based assessment of the global progress on adaptation planning, financing and implementation. In addition, UNEP's Adaptation Gap Report 2022: Too Little, Too Slow – climate adaptation failure puts world at risk focuses on effectiveness of adaptation and considers adaptation-mitigation co-benefits.
