On the occasion of the Tenth Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) and the 25th anniversary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT), the European Union (EU) is organising a panel discussion on the essential role of the CTBT in the context of the NPT, and within the global nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation regime.
