 This event will provide a timely opportunity for Member States to exchange views about opportunities and challenges in mainstreaming youth in crime and violence prevention policies and practices, including the design, implementation and coordination of policies and programmes that target youth both as victims and (potential) offenders, as well as initiatives that aim to mobilize and empower youth as agents of change and contribute to more effective, evidence-based prevention.
