Description

Park East Synagogue and the United Nations host an International Holocaust Remembrance virtual service on January 25, 2022. The program marks the 77th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz (January 27, 1945). His Excellency António Guterres, UN Secretary General, and Rabbi Arthur Schneier will deliver remarks. 

The program will include the participation of the diplomatic corps, Holocaust Survivors' families, Rabbi Arthur Schneier Park East Day School students and music by Chief Cantor Yitzchak Meir Helfgot, Cantor Benny Rogosnitzky and the Park East Synagogue Choir, led by Conductor Maestro Russell Ger.
