The briefing will be moderated by Mr. Martin Griffiths, Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).  

It will also include remarks by: 

  • Amin Awad, Assistant Secretary-General, UN Crisis Coordinator for Ukraine
  • Osnat Lubrani, United Nations Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator, Ukraine
  • Robert Piper, Assistant Secretary-General, Development Coordination Office
  • Raouf Mazou, Assistant High Commissioner for Operations, UNHCR

Member States and partners will be given the opportunity to take the floor, followed by closing remarks.
