Meeting chaired by H.E. Ms. Raimonda Murmokaitė, Chair of the Counter-Terrorism Committee. The open meeting includes a panel of experts representing network partners, and inter alia consists of two thematic sessions focusing on research conducted by network partner institutions on "The motivations and backgrounds of foreign terrorist fighters (FTFs)," and "Rehabilitation and reintegration strategies for returning FTFs," as well as an interactive discussion.
