Summary
The SDG Investment Fair (1-2 December 2022) is a global platform that connects stakeholders and brokers investment opportunities in emerging and frontier markets. It consists of matchmaking and investor exchanges, project pitches whereby bankable investment opportunities are presented to global investors, and capacity building activities.
Description

UN-DESA organizes the Fair as a key activity in its broader effort to support countries' mobilization of financing for their sustainable development and establishment of conducive policies and capacities.

The format will be a brief live presentation of investment projects by the participating government followed by an interactive moderated discussion with investors and experts on the opportunities presented. The Fair will also feature additional policy dialogues on relevant SDG financing topics.
