Peru: The Food Revolution

Lima, the capital of Peru, has become the centre of a new revolution in gastronomy. Top chefs are now basing their cuisine on ancient crops which are only produced by smallholder farmers. The new alliance between these chefs and the people who grow their food is not only changing the lives of the farmers, but the country as a whole.
