Twenty-five years ago the nations of the world came together to put to an end to nuclear testing, and the devastating weapons it creates, by negotiating the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT). Before the CTBT, more than 2000 nuclear tests were conducted in locations around the world.
