The Global Solutions Summit 2023 (GSS 2023) at the margins of the eighth annual Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the SDGs (STI Forum) is organized in partnership with the World Federation of Engineering Organizations and its Affiliate Member, the American Society of Civil Engineers.

This special event at the eighth annual Multi-Stakeholder Forum on Science, Technology and Innovation for the SDGs (STI Forum) will provide an opportunity to hear from the authors of the science-policy briefs submitted by scientists and engineers from academia, private sector, UN system representatives and governments, in response to a call by the UN. Innovative formats will be explored to allow a frank discussion between authors and policy makers.

Elena is passionate about innovation and is constantly striving to improve her work and the UN. The documentary highlights how Elena has initiated various projects within her office, including pulling in the UN DPPA Innovation Cell for support. Her goal is to inspire her colleagues to do things differently and create positive change within the organization.
