SDG Media Zone: Why Water Matters

During the seventy-eighth session of the General Assembly's High-Level week, an event, "Why water matters: accelerating progress on SDG 6", to address the critical need for urgent action and acceleration on progress was held in the SDG Media Zone. The event is framed as a follow-up to the previous discussion with a stronger focus on next steps towards the achievement of SDG6 and programmes/initiatives accelerating progress on water-related issues.
