UN High-level Meeting on Fight Against Tuberculosis 2023

Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) addresses the second high-level UN meeting on the fight against tuberculosis on the theme of "Advancing science, finance and innovation, and their benefits, to urgently end the global tuberculosis epidemic, in particular, by ensuring equitable access to prevention, testing, treatment and care".

The first-ever high-level meeting on the fight against tuberculosis was held in 2018 on the theme of "United to end tuberculosis: an urgent global response to a global epidemic".
