Security Council Meets on Situation in Somalia

Kimihiro Ishikane, Permanent Representative of Japan to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in Somalia. The Council discussed a letter dated 29 September 2023 from the Chair of the Security Council Committee pursuant to resolution 751 (1992) concerning Al-Shabaab addressed to the President of the Security Council.
