General Assembly Adopts Resolution on Necessity of Ending Embargo Imposed by United States Against Cuba

Bruno Eduardo Rodríguez Parrilla, Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cuba, addresses the 26th plenary meeting of the General Assembly on the necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba.

The Assembly adopted a Resolution on the "Necessity of ending the economic, commercial and financial embargo imposed by the United States of America against Cuba", which received 187 votes in favour, with 2 against (United States and Israel) and one abstention (Ukraine).
