General Assembly Adopts Resolution Demanding Israel's Withdrawal from Syrian Golan

The General Assembly adopts a resolution demanding that Israel withdraw from all the occupied Syrian Golan to the line of 4 June 1967 in implementation of the relevant Security Council resolutions during the 39th plenary meeting on the question of Palestine. The resolution was adopted with 91 votes in favour, 8 against, and 62 abstentions.

Osama Mahmoud Abdelkhalek Mahmoud, Permanent Representative of Egypt to the United Nations, introduces the resolution.
