Gabriela Sommerfeld, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Human Mobility of the Republic of Ecuador and President of the Security Council for the month of December, chairs the Security Council meeting on small arms and the threat posed by diversion, illicit trafficking and misuse of small arms and light weapons and their ammunition to peace and security.
