General Assembly Meets for Informal Briefing on Haiti

Maria Isabel Salvador (on screen), Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Haiti and Head of the United Nations Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), briefs the informal meeting of the General Assembly on Haiti. The meeting discussed perspectives on how the international community can further help spur action in support of the Haitian people on their path to achieving lasting peace and sustainable development.
