Robert A. Wood (right), Deputy Permanent Representative of the United States to the United Nations, delivers a joint statement on behalf of Albania, Ecuador, France, Japan, Malta, the Republic of Korea, Slovenia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States regarding the Democratic People's Republic of Korea's recent intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launch as well as the country's roughly 30 other ballistic missile launches in 2023.
