Installation Ceremony of Non-Permanent Members of Security Council for 2024-2025

An installation ceremony of the national flags of the countries of the newly elected non-permanent members to serve on the United Nations Security Council for the term 2024-2025 is held today at UN Headquarters. The five new non-permanent members are Algeria, Guyana, Republic of Korea, Sierra Leone, and Slovenia.

The ceremony was organized by the Permanent Mission of Kazakhstan to the United Nations.
