Event "Learning for Lasting Peace" on International Day of Education

Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed (centre right at table) addresses the event "Learning for Lasting Peace" on the occasion of the International Day of Education (24 January). The event is co-organized by United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) and Group of Friends for Education and Lifelong Learning. At right is Eliot Minchenberg, Director of Office and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Representative to the United Nations in New York.
