Melissa Fleming, Under-Secretary-General for Global Communications, addresses the United Nations Holocaust Memorial Ceremony, held in observance of the International Day of Commemoration in memory of the victims of the Holocaust (27 January). The event is organized by the Holocaust and the United Nations Outreach Programme.
