International Court of Justice Holds Hearings on Legal Consequences Arising from Policies and Practices of Israel in Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, holds public hearings on the request for an advisory opinion on the "Legal Consequences arising from the Policies and Practices of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem," from 19 to 26 February 2024, at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court. Sessions are held under the presidency of Judge Nawaf Salam, President of the Court.
