Secretary-General António Guterres (front right) meets with Ralph E. Gonsalves, Prime Minister and Minister for National Security, Legal Affairs and Information of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The Secretary-General is in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for an official visit to the country and to attend the Eighth Summit for the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC).
