ICJ Holds Public Hearing in Case of Azerbaijan Versus Armenia

Yeghishe Kirakosyan, Representative on International Legal Issues for Armenia, addresses the court on the first day of the hearings in the case concerning the Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Azerbaijan v. Armenia), at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
