International Court of Justice Holds Hearing on Azerbaijan v. Armenia

The International Court of Justice (ICJ), principal judicial organ of the UN, holds public hearings on the preliminary objections raised by Armenia in the case concerning the Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Azerbaijan v. Armenia), at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court, from Monday 22 to Friday 26 April 2024. Sessions are held under the presidency of Judge Nawaf Salam, President of the Court.
