Security Council Meets on Children and Armed Conflict

Ted Chaiban, Deputy Executive Director of Humanitarian Action and Supply Operations of United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), briefs the Security Council meeting on children and armed conflict on the theme "How to advance our collective norms towards protecting children and ending all grave violations". The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on children and armed conflict.
