United Nations Chiefs of Police Summit 2024

Rita Schwarzelühr-Sutter, Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community of Germany, speaks during the third session on "Strengthening peace operations and peace enforcement" during the United Nations Chiefs of Police Summit (UNCOPS 2024). In the centre is Atul Khare, Under-Secretary-General for Operational Support, and at right is Dinah Marathe, Commissioner of Police of Botswana.

The Summit brings together Ministers, Chiefs of Police and senior representatives of regional and professional policing organizations to engage on strengthening international peace, security, and development for all through the unifying power and enabling role of national and United Nations policing.
