Meeting on SDG 1 No Poverty During High-level Political Forum 2024

Robert Rae, Vice-President of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and Permanent Representative of Canada to the United Nations, addresses the meeting on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 1, No poverty, and interlinkages with other SDGs.

The meeting is held during the High-level Political Forum 2024 (HLPF) convened under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council (8-17 July 2024). The theme of the forum is "Reinforcing the 2030 Agenda and eradicating poverty in times of multiple crises: the effective delivery of sustainable, resilient and innovative solutions".
