Wind-down of UNMIL Aviation in Advance of Mission Closure

The United Nations Mission in Liberia (UNMIL), as part of its draw-down process in advance of the Mission's closure (30 March 2018), is ceasing aviation operations.
An UNMIL helicopter, operated by peacekeepers from the Armed Forces of Ukraine, takes off from the James Spriggs Payne airfield in Monrovia on the last day of helicopter operations.
