General Assembly Holds 2nd Plenary Meeting of 79th Session

Philemon Yang (left), President of the seventy-ninth session of the United Nations General Assembly, chairs the 2nd plenary meeting of the seventy-ninth session of General Assembly. The meeting covered a number of issues on the agenda: Organization of work; adoption of the agenda and allocation of items; first report of the General Committee; and Appointment of the Under-Secretary-General for Internal Oversight Services.
