Naseer Ahmed Faiq, Minister Counsellor of the Permanent Mission of Afghanistan to the United Nations, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in Afghanistan. The Council heard a report of the Secretary-General on the situation in Afghanistan and its implications for international peace and security.
