Asila Wardak, former Director General for Human Rights and Women's International Affairs at the Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, addresses reporters following the "The Inclusion of Women in the Future of Afghanistan" meeting. The meeting was about the situation of women in Afghanistan after a series of laws enacted that formalized the systematic erasure of women and girls from public life.
