Security Council Meets on Situation in Great Lakes Region

Therèse Kayikwamba Wagner, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Francophonie of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, addresses the Security Council meeting on the situation in the Great Lakes region. The Council heard a Report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Region. At left is Mateus Pedro Luemba, Deputy Permanent Representative of the Republic of Angola to the United Nations.
